- Proven methods of evaluating present staff of technicians to determine any needed technical training requirements.
- Interview, or train your personnel to interview, applicants with proven methods of eliminating costly recruiting mistakes.
- Evaluate technical and operator safety training and advise requirements and resources. Also have resources that provide excellent "operator safety train the trainer courses".
- Provide pedestrian safety training. Studies have shown that over 30% of all personal lift truck related injuries are to someone other than the operator! These half hour training sessions help reduce expensive incidents through awareness.
- Conduct shop survey to determine needs, including facilities, tools, shop equipment and safety.
- Evaluate material handling equipment condition and provide full report.
- Assist in the purchasing of new or used material handling equipment.
- Advise and interpret OSHA CFR 29, 1910.178 and ANSI/ITSDF B56.1 standards and laws as they relate to the material handling industry.
- Excellent long term relationship with local OHSA area office.
