- Worked with Clark Engineering and Video Department to develop training videos for Clark Equipment dealer distribution. The on camera trainer for twenty-two technical videos, from 1987 to 1990.
- Training programs approved for veteran training. Certified by the State of Ohio for apprentice training programs.
- The Portman Training Center conducted training for the National Safety Council at various customers around the county and in our 16,000 square foot training center in Cincinnati.
- Expert witness: various legal cases throughout the United States since 1986
- Very versed in OSHA 1910.178 and ANSI/ITSDF B56.1 laws and rules.
- Close association with local OSHA District Office since 1980
- Promoted and worked with Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift of America to develop and establish “regional training centers” in the USA
- Assisted Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift of America in the development of their operator safety training programs
- The Portman Training Center Became the first Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift of America Regional Training Center in 1993
- Developed a Pedestrian safety training program for pedestrians working around powered industrial trucks
